Kate Begley

Kate is a Senior Consultant at 5654.

Kate is a public affairs and corporate communications specialist who helps organisations develop engagement strategies which cut through with stakeholders. She advises on clear, persuasive messaging and effective engagement with political stakeholders at national and local levels. Her experience also includes media and select committee training, event coordination, and delivering policy insights that enable global brands to influence decision-makers. 

Kate brings expertise across health, sustainability, education, transport, and technology. Since joining 5654 & Company in 2023, she has supported leading technology and consumer brands on complex regulatory and reputational challenges.

She holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol, specialising in political and feminist theory. Kate also has experience in TV production, social media management, and growth strategy at a news media start-up—skills she now uses to deliver impactful campaigns and content.
