We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to assist with general Partner support and office co-ordination

We’re looking for candidates with:
Proven track record as PA / team assistant role in a corporate environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and very strong administrative skills
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A passion for a fast-paced and varied working environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels, high profile stakeholders and major clients
Job description:
Anticipating the needs of the Partners and providing effective and efficient support
Extensive and pro-active diary management
Acting as Gatekeeper to the Partners: Making sure you are always aligned with the Partners goals and priorities for the weeks/months ahead
Building strong and trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, & third parties
Acting as the point of contact when needed between the Partners and clients, colleagues, third parties
Managing Partners Inbox’s when required
Providing travel support for Partners and the wider business with trips which will include booking flights and preparing itineraries (normally domestic, occasionally international)
Submitting expenses on behalf of the Partners
Maintaining strict confidentiality & discretion in all aspects of the role
Providing general admin support
Greeting clients & visitors to the office
Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments or lunches for client meetings
Contributing with the upkeep of the office. Working with the Ops team to keep it clean and tidy
Assisting with organising internal office events
Assisting organising Cultural team events, Team away days, Summer & Christmas parties

Bonus: Discretionary bonus of up to 15% of salary if the company performs and you individually perform
Flexible working policy including 3 days in the office, including Mondays.
