We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to assist with general Partner support and office co-ordination

Personal Assistant

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Proven track record as PA / team assistant role in a corporate environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and very strong administrative skills

  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • A passion for a fast-paced and varied working environment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels, high profile stakeholders and major clients

Job description:

  • Anticipating the needs of the Partners and providing effective and efficient support

  • Extensive and pro-active diary management

  • Acting as Gatekeeper to the Partners: Making sure you are always aligned with the Partners goals and priorities for the weeks/months ahead

  • Building strong and trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, & third parties

  • Acting as the point of contact when needed between the Partners and clients, colleagues, third parties

  • Managing Partners Inbox’s when required

  • Providing travel support for Partners and the wider business with trips which will include booking flights and preparing itineraries (normally domestic, occasionally international)

  • Submitting expenses on behalf of the Partners

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality & discretion in all aspects of the role

  • Providing general admin support

  • Greeting clients & visitors to the office

  • Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments or lunches for client meetings

  • Contributing with the upkeep of the office. Working with the Ops team to keep it clean and tidy

  • Assisting with organising internal office events

  • Assisting organising Cultural team events, Team away days, Summer & Christmas parties
