Ashley is a dynamic communications professional with nearly a decade of corporate communications experience. She joined 5654 & Company's Health and Life Sciences Team from CMR Surgical, a global surgical robotics business.

At CMR, Ashley spearheaded the Company's communications and digital marketing across major corporate, clinical and commercial milestones including market launches, record-breaking funding rounds, clinical trials, strategic partnerships, leadership changes and regulatory approvals, including FDA marketing authorisation for Versius, a next-generation surgical robotic system. She built a market-leading voice for the organisation in surgical robotics, partnering with senior leadership to craft clear, compelling messaging across global markets.

Ashley began her career in health, government and higher education communications, including at the Royal College of Surgeons.
